Our aims

The mission of Krebsallianz is to reduce the suffering of cancer patients and their families worldwide. Our primary focus is on children with cancer.

To achieve our goals, we:

provide urgently needed medical relief to needy patients with cancer in developing countries
award grants to support research of child cancer in Germany

support psycho-social care of cancer patients and their families in Germany

promote knowledge through educational programs throughout the world to improve the cancer patient's outcome and quality of life

The mission to help the sick and the needy. Following its historic mission to help the sick, the needy and the most disadvantaged in society, the Order of Malta continues its work today, operating in more than 120 countries. Its programmes include medical and social assistance.

"kik for kids" gets the suncream out and heads to the farm!

The kik cancer counselling service raises awareness of the dangers of skin cancer and teaches local children about the effective use of skin protection. As part of the counselling services offered at kid they also visit a local farm.
